Audit Service Corporation invites to all interested & eligible bidders/suppliers for the purchase of the following items:-

A complete set of bidding document can be obtained from the Corporation during office hours from 8:30 A.M to 12:30 A.M in the morning and from 8. 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM in the afternoon (Monday to Friday) upon a payment of a non- refundable fee of Birr 100/one hundred/for each item.

Bidders are required to fulfill the following documents;

1. Bidders should have valid & renewed trade & registration license for the current year,
2. Bidders should have VAT & TIN certificate,
3. Bidders should present valid & renewed tax clearance certificate,
4. Bids should be delivered in sealed envelope to the address given below within 15 (fifteen) working days since the issuance of this announcement,
5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 150,000/one hundred fifty thousand/ for items No, 1 and Birr 75,000/seventy five thousand for item No, 2 mentioned above in the form of CPO,
6. Bidders should submit one original & two copies of technical & financial proposal documents in separate sealed envelopes, duly marking the envelopes "Original" and "Copy". All technical and financial documents with the bid security will be presented in one big envelope duly marking the envelope as "Bid Proposal",
7. Only those bidders/contenders who will achieve 70% (Seventy out of hundred) and above in technical evaluation will be retained for the financial evaluation and final competition stage,
8. Technical evaluation will have 70% (seventy out of hundred) and financial evaluation will have 30% (thirty out of hundred) weighting points out of the total 100% (a hundred percent),
9. Bid closing date shall be on the 16th working day of this announcement at 10:00 A.M and opened on the same day at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. If the bid opening date is a Holliday, the opening date will be the next working day.

10.The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
