INVITATION TO BID FOR AUDIT SERVICE

Description

Land for Life-Ethiopia established in November 2020 as an independent civil society organization that will function at the national level. Currently it hosts Land for Life initiative to operate in Oromia regional state as part of a multi-country initiative supported by the German NGO Welthungerhilfe and the German Ministry for Economic Collaboration and Development (BMZ).

Land for Life Ethiopia would like to invite certified Audit firms to sign Framework agreement to perform Audit Service for the Audit period January 1, 2024-December 31, 2024.

Bid Requirements

Bidders are required to attach the following documentations as part of the technical bid documents.

1. Renewed professional license and Renewed business license
2.  Tax identification number and value added tax certificate
3. Organization profile including evidence of experience in Auditing of similar Child focused organizations
4. Registered Certified Chartered Accountants/Certificate of professional competency
5. Details of staff assigned to perform the audit activities including experience, qualification and number of staff with position classification.
6. A schedule or detailed audit plan, that includes expected audit start date and completion date.
7. The price must include clearly 15% VAT/10% тот. transportation, accommodation, per diem and other expenses.
8. Land for Life Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time without assigning any reason or reasons whatsoever.

How to Apply

Interested audit firms can collect the Terms of Reference from our office from January 27, 2025 February 2. 2025 during office working hours (Morning: 3:00 AM -12:30 p.m. & Afternoon: 1:00-5: 00p.m Local time) and submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in a separate sealed envelope duly marking the envelopes as "Technical" and "Financial" proposals to our office located around Gurdshola Senper building 3rd floor office no 306/307.

The document must be delivered to our office not later than 6:30p.m Local time on or before December February 5, 2025.
