NOTICE TO BIDDERS

1. The federal democratic republic of Ethiopia, ministry of labor and skills, ardaita agricultural vocational educational training college is interested in procurement of work for which this invitation for bids is issued.
2. The federal democratic republic of Ethiopia, ministry of labor and skills, ardaita agricultural vocational educational training college now invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders who has renewed grade licenses (GC-3 or WC-3 or equivalent for the current year) for 2017 E.C registered for VAT and has recent tax clearance certificate that enables the bidder to participate in bide and registered in suppliers list for which this invitation for bids is issued.
3. The federal democratic republic of Ethiopia, ministry of labor and skills, ardaita agricultural vocational educational training college now invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable bidders for water supply system construction project at ardaita agricultural vocational educational training college.
4. Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the stated address and upon payment of non-refundable fee of 1,500.00 eth. birr.
5. Bids must be accompanied by 300,000.00 birr bid security shall be CPO of the total bid amount 2% in an acceptable form of bank CPO shall be placed in the original technical proposal.
6. The technical and financial proposals have to be separately prepared and sealed with all necessary copies as indicated in the instruction to bidders and bid data sheet.

8.
