Mega Printing Plc invites reputed and eligible bidders for the design, supply and installation and commission of CCTV Camera that was planned to be established in Addis Ababa Mega building and printing factory as well as Mekelle Printing Brach, Tigray, Ethiopia.

Thus, Bidders are here by invited to submit technical proposal and financial offer separately one copy and one original in a sealed envelope for the assignment described in the bid document

1. Interested eligible bidders must present their renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate and other relevant license to purchase the bid document.
2. Interested & eligible bidders should purchase the bid document (RFP) against non-refundable payment of ETB 400 from Mega Printing PLC located at mega building, room no 103, Bole Road, Africa Avenue since the first day the announcement appeared on the newspaper.
3. The bidders must have two CCTV installations in big firms/industries
4. Bidders shall submit both original & Copy of the technical and financial proposal in a separate sealed envelope in one original and one copy. The envelopes containing the proposal should be clearly marked technical or financial as well as copy or original as per the proposal as in it.
5. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid price in CPO or bank guarantee in the name of Mega Printing Plc.
6. The Successful bidder shall furnish unconditional performance bond equals to 10% of the total bid price from recognized bank.
7. Bidders shall submit & insert the sealed bid proposals into the bid box located at Mega Building, Room Number 106, Bole, Africa-Avenue, Addis Ababa until 7/2/2025 at 1:00 pm in working hours.
8. Bid will be closed at 1:00 pm on 7/2/2025
9. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 1:30P.M on 7/2/2025 at Mega building, Room No. 110, Bole Road, Africa Avenue
10. If any question, please informed us in written prior to five days of the closing date.
11. Mega Printing plc reserves the right to receipt or reject any or all bids.
