INVITATION FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE
Nexus of National Humanitarian Actors in Ethiopia (Nexus Ethiopia) is not for profit, non-political and non-governmental humanitarian organization is established in accordance with Ethiopian civil societies organization 1113/2019 with registration number 6225. Nexus Ethiopia would like to invite external audit companies to conduct annual external audit service of its accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024.
The audit firms are required to know and fulfill the following:
- The Audit will be based in the organizations head office in Addis Ababa.
- The Audit firm must be with the office of accounting, and Audit Board of Ethiopia.
- The Audit firm should provide TIN, VAT and renewed trade license that are valid for the current year.
- The Audit firm should provide a company profile.
- The Audit firm should state clearly in its technical proposal the approaches and methodology which is using during the audit.
- The Audit firm should have Certificate of Certified Accounting.
- The Audit firm is required to put its price quotation.
- The Organization reserves the right to cancel part or the entire bid.
- Interested Audit firms are invited to submit their bid documents (technical and financial proposal) which include supporting documents for the above criteria in within 5 working days. Please submit your sealed bid documents (Technical and financial proposals) in person to Nexus Ethiopia Head office.
