Society for education, Environment, and Development (SEED) is non-profit, non-political, non-religious and non-governmental organization established in 2016 and legally registered under Charities and Societies Act 621 of 2009 and re-registered with registration number 3580 on July 23/2019 as local Organization in accordance with the Civil Society organization Proclamation No 1113/2019.
SEED would like to invite certified auditors and accountants firms authorized by Office of Federal General Auditors of Federal Democratic Ethiopia to participate in a bid to perform an external audit of its accounts for the Fiscal year ended, (January 1/2024 - December 31, 2024). Accounts of the Organization are ready to be audited, and the audit should be started upon the notification of the
winner. The audit conducted at SEED head office located at Addis Ababa. The audit firm must meet the following requirements:
✓ Able to summit brief profile of the firm
✓ Business license renewed for the current Ethiopian fiscal year
✓ Certificate of VAT registration and TIN number
✓ A valid certificate of professional competence
Experience in auditing NGO's
✓ Produce an audit report fulfill requirements of Charities and Societies Agency and management letter at the conclusion of the audit.
