Educational Materials Production and Distribution Enterprise We here by invite all prospective international bidders of the supply of: -
LOT-1 Laboratory Chemicals
LOT-2 Laboratory Apparatuses using International Competitive Bidding procedure: Bidders are required to note the following while participating in the bid:
- International Bidders are required to assign Local agents capable of providing related and renewed trade license, VAT Certificate, Tin Certificate and Suppliers Registration certificate and tax clearance certificates.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain the bidding document prepared in relation to this bid using the address given below during office hours Monday through Friday; morning 8:00 12.30AM and after noon 1:30-4:30 PM against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr)
- Bidder are required to submit a bid bond, for each lot, amounting to birr 200,000.00 (Two hundred thousand) or equivalent foreign currency in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
- Bids must be delivered at the address below on or before the bid closing date and time. Bids shall be closed and opened on January 30, 2025 at 2:00 PM/ in the presence of bidders and representatives
- EMPDE reserves the right to accepted or reject any or all bids.
