Comunita Voluntary per il Mondo (CVM) is a non-profit making Christian Organization based in Ancona, Italy. It was founded in 1978 by a group of people who had deeply dedicated but also had the concern to help people in their struggle to exist in this world irrespective of who are and where they are from, Comunità Volontari per il Mondo (CVM) has been working in Ethiopia since 1995. focusing its work on water, hygiene, and sanitation, HIV prevention, and control through socio-health interventions, promotion of social policies and human rights, promoting social inclusion and minority rights, support for training and access to education, leather ‘sector, socio-economic and micro-credit development, decent work for Domestic Workers and safe migration. CVM is being implemented diverse projects in different regions of Ethiopia.

CVM invites eligible bidder who can supply Audit service. CVM wants an external audit service for the fiscal period. of one year ending on December 31, 2024. Thus, interested bidders are invited to participate in this bid in line with the following criteria Instruction to Bidders;

CVM-Ethiopia invites sealed bid from eligible Audit firms

• Bidder must have Renewed Business License on respective area, TIN Certification, VAT registration certificate, AABE Certification
• Profile of Audit firms
• The Audit firm should be one of the accredited firms by the Authority of civil society organization
• Indicate methodology and work schedule.
• Qualification & Experience of the audit team
• Have evidence of auditing experience with similar NGOS
• Be able to indicate date of commencement of audit report
• Be able to indicate date of sub mission of audit report
• The technical and financial proposal should be submitted separately with one original and one copy in sealed envelope
• Bid will be opened on the 10th day of this advertisement at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidder or their representative at CVM Office.
• Failure to comply with any one of condition stated above will lead to automatically rejection from the bid:
• CVM reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids fully or partially.
• The bidder must follow the CVM bidder's directive

The bid must be deliver to finance and administration department of CVM office at Megenagna, Bole 24 kebele behind Gibson School before or on 10 calendar days starting the date of announcement up to 2:00PM.
