NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) REFERENCE

Relief and Development for Vulnerable (RDV) a civil society organization based in Ethiopia is seeking to engage service providers to enter into framework Agreement for the provision of Light Vehicles rental services for RDV operation areas of Somali Region for a period of one year and hereby invites potential suppliers to pick up tender documents and submit the sealed ITT documents in person to Logistic department from Monday to Friday 08:30am to 4:30pm at RDV Jig-jiga office Near IOM Field Office, Kebele 10, Somali Region, Ethiopia.

Eligibility Documents

• Valid Business License, Tax Payers and tax clearance Certificates
• -Bid Security in the name of "RELIEF AND DEVELOPMENT FOR VULNERABLE" amounting to ETB 100,000 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid for a period of at least 3 months starting from the date of tender submission must be in a separate envelope on the Original Technical.

The tendering is from December 9-24, 2024 G.C. The deadline for picking the tender documents is December 24, 2024 G.C. at 4:00 pm and submission of tender is December 25, 2024 G.C. at 11:00am. Bids shall be opened at the RDV Jig-jiga office on December 26, 2024 G.C. at 04:00pm.0199

Submission Method: Tenders must be submitted in two sealed envelopes, one original

Technical and one original financial, separately sealed document, bearing an official company seal, and clearly marked by the 'bidders' name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. The tender must be submitted in the bid box prepared for the purpose of the tender at RDV office in Jigjiga, on December 25, 2024 G.C. before 5:00 PM. Please, correctly complete, sign, and stamp all pages of the submitted tender dossier.

Clarification Requests: All clarification requests should be submitted to rocurement@rdveth.org, before the clarification deadline, as set out in the Timescales section of this ITT, or reach out by letter to the given address above.
