Each bidder is therefore obliged to fulfill the following requirements.
► Fill full the NBE Directive MFI/037/2024
▸ VAT registration certificate
► The firm's profile
► Renewed license
▸ Tax payer identification number (TIN)
► Renewed license from AABE
▸ Audit fee to be charged including VAT
► List and profile of the staff
► List the profile of the staff to be assigned to perform the audit.
▸ Delivery time to accomplish the audit

- Bidders should submit their technical and financial bid documents in two separate sealed envelopes to the share company's head office, physically within ten working days of this notice.
