1. Bano Bedelle Zone Health Office has secured budget for the procurement of construction of Qodi-gasi Health center building
2. Buno Bedelle Zone Health Office now invites sealed bids for eligible bidders who are interested and capable to allocate their sufficient resource for Health center at Qodi gasi which can be completed within the maximum of 365 calendar days.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in public procurement proclamation of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders

A complete set of bidding documents (Softcopy) in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application having and submitting of VAT registration certificate & copy of VAT, certificate of competence from MOCUD & copy /renewed registration certificate for the year 2017 E.C from Oromia construction authority/MOCUD/, renewed trade license for the year of 2017 E.C, valid tax clearance during period of bid validity from Federal/ Oromia Revenue authority to the address given below and upon payment of un refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 1000 (One thousand birr) only in cash starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office working hours through Monday to Friday. The method of payment shall be in cash to the Buno Bedele Zone Revenue Office Tele birr (Mer- chant code 584047, Opereter ID 117784).

• (Bidders are also required to show original documents to Buno Bedele Health office (concerning Body) for certificate of competence, valid tax clearance & trade license while purchasing the document

6. Bidders shall submit One Original and two photocopies for both technical proposal and financial offer. Technical proposal will be sealed in such a way that one original and one photo copy to be sealed in one envelope while the second photocopy will be sealed in another envelope separately and labeled as "One ORIGINAL & One PHOTOCOPY" and "Second PHOTOCOPY" respectively, then placed in another outer envelope along with bid security as indicated in the above table, in an accept- able form as indicated in bidding document. Financial proposal will be sealed in such a way that one original and one photocopy to be sealed in one envelope while the second photocopy will be sealed in another envelope separately and labeled as "One ORIGINAL & One PHOTOCOPY" and "Second PHOTOCPY" respectively, then placed in another outer envelope. Finally, the whole documents shall be placed in a single sealed envelope whose outer cover containing all necessary information about the firm & Employer including project information. The copy should be photo copy of the original bid document and must be sealed and marked in the same manner as original bid document. These Envelopes containing the original and the copies shall then be enclosed in one single envelope.
7. Bids must be delivered on 22h day of the first day announcement on newspaper on or before 03:00 Am local time and closed on the same day at 04:00 Am local time, if the 22h day is not on working day, the bid will be submitted and opened on the next working day. Original Technical requirement will be opened on the same day at 04:30 AM local time, in the presence of the bidder's representative who chooses to attend. Late bids shall be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000 (Five hundred thousand ETB) which will be payable upon on the first written demand to client security in acceptable form of CPO Only validity period of 90-day calendar days with the form annexed to bid document on the section of contract forms. The financial proposal of the substantially responsive bidder will be opened after notice of the technical requirement result is announced on the notice board.
8. Contractors those have no good performance in the last five years in our region or terminated or with different warning letters written to them are not accepted by client. If one or any of the above-mentioned cases are presented to us during the evaluation process, the client immediately rejects the bidder with such case.
