Marchuwa Microfinance Institution S.C. has established as per the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and Micro Finance Business Proclamation No 626/2009. Marchuwa Microfinance Institution S.C. become a full pledged and an independent entity to provide diverse saving and credit related financial services to the community
Currently, the Institution has operating in 6 branches in South Ethiopia Regional State Wolaita/ Zone and would like to invite eligible certified External Audit Firm to audit its Book of accounts for the period from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 (one financial year)
The Intuition invites audit firms which fulfill the following eriteria
* Renewed trade license for current year
* Certificate of registration from Audit and Account Board OF Ethiopia
* Staff composition of firm profile including principal partner
* Copy of tax payer registration certificate
* Copy of tax clearance certificate
* Knowledge of NBE Directives.
* Time to complete the audit work
* The Firm must have the audit work experience of at least2 Microfinance institutions.
Interested and qualified applicant may submit the wax sealed copies of credentials including the cost of audit work and audit strategies within 10 working days starting from date of announcement.
All documents should be submitted to Mrthuwa Microfinance institution Head Office Wolaita Development Association Building in front of Wolaita Sodo City Administration in person Or Wolaita Development Association Addis Ababa Coordination Office (Smen Hotel Gedam Sefer)
