INVITATION TO INSURANCE BID

Menschen für Menschen (MfM) Foundation is a non-governmental humanitarian development organization committed to supporting community development projects in various regions of the country. As part of safeguarding its assets, the Foundation seeks to insure its properties (vehicles, machineries and buildings) against potential risks.

We hereby invite all qualified bidders who meet the legal and operational requirements outlined in the bid documents to purchase the bid documents. The documents can be obtained by making a payment of Birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr) at the Project Coordination Office, located at Bole Bulbula, around 93 Mazoria, within TEN working days from the date this invitation is published on the newspaper.

Bidders are required to submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the bid documents, adhering to the stipulated time frame.

The bid will close at 2:00 PM. on the 10th working day of the publication of this invitation in the newspaper, and it will be opened at 2:30 PM. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. The Foundation reserves the right to cancel the bid, either in part or in full, for any reason.
