Addis Ababa City Bus Service Enterprise invites eligible bidders for the supply of Huanghai, Double Decker/Yutong/, Lower &Middle floor and Higer City Bus Spare
Parts
1. A complete set of bidding documents, in English Language, can be purchased against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two hundred Birr) in cash from the head office Room No. 7-1 during official working hours.
2. Any foreign company is obliged to delegate a local agent. An agent should have a power of attorney and should present renewed Trade license, Tax Clearance Certificate, Vat Registration Certificate and TIN.
3. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of cash, CPO 'or unconditional bank guarantee. Bid Security issued by foreign banks shall be counter-guaranteed by an Ethiopian bank.
4. Sealed Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00AM Dec, 17/2024 late bids will be rejected Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend at the address below on Dec, 17/2024 at 10:30AM in the management meeting hall.
5. Addis Ababa City Bus Service Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
