1. Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of Instrumentation and Electrical Spare Parts.
2. Eligible Suppliers could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their commercial registration certificate, renewed licenses (trade auxiliary) valid for the budget year, Value added tax registration certificate and tax payer registration certificate against payment of a non-refundable Birr 115.00 from procurement department, Addis Ahaha during working days from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. local time.
3. Bids should be accompanied by a hid security of 2% in the form of Certified Cheque (CPO) or Bank Guarantee which will he payable on first demand by CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CORPORATION MUGHEIZ CEMENT FACTORY. And it should he counter guaranteed in Ethiopian commercial banks.
4. Wax-sealed bids shall be delivered to CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CORPORATION MUGER CEMENT FACTORY procurement department, Addis Ababa Office on or befine December 17, 2024 at 9:30 A.M. Local time. Bidders should provide one original and One Copy of 'Technical' and one original 'Financial' documents separately.
5. Bids (Technical Offer) will be opened on December 17, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
