Invitation for National Open Bid (Re-Bid)

The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) here by invites sealed bids from eligible bidders all over the world for the procurement of sub contract for construction of Grouting works at Upper Gudder Fatol Dam & Appurtenant structures construction project under national Competitive bidding.

This project aims to enhance the quality and durability of our construction initiatives through advanced grouting techniques.

1. Bidders or Representatives should submit registration documents and copy of legal license renewed for 2024 and power of attorney from their principal along with their bid documents.
2. Bidding document should be prepared in English language.
3. A set of bidding documents can be obtained with none refundable payment of ETB 400.00 (Four hundred birr only) during working hours from the Procurement and property administration main department.
4. Bid must be accompanied with a Bid Security an amount of ETB 200,000.00 (Two hundred thousand birr only) in the form of certified check (CPO) or unconditional Bank guarantee, Bid Bond in the form of insurance bond or in any other form shall not be accepted.
5. The bid bond will be confiscated; if the bidders failed to sign contract to conduct Grouting works for which they are awarded.
6. Interested bidders should submit their bid documents in person to Procurement and property administration main department where the tender box is found.
7. Bids must be submitted to the above address until the Bid Submission Deadline November 4, 2024 G.C at 03:00 P.M
8. Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend on November 4, at 03:30 P.M at Procurement and property administration main department.
9. The buyer (ECWC) reserves the right to cancel or reject part or all bids.
