Development Bank of Ethiopia invites Grade 6 GC and or Grade 5 B.C and/or above-interested Bidders for the Procurement of the Debrebirhan Branch Office, Residence, Guard House, and other ancillary and Maintenance Works.

Therefore,

1. Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents together with their bid document:-

1. Renewed Trade License certificate
2. TIN Certificate Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate from a government body
4. Tax clearance
5. Registration

2. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents starting from October 07, 2024, upon payment of non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) to the Corporate Branch office Tower II, Ground floor and collect the bid documents in soft copy from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor through your Email Address. Interested bidders may also Purchase a complete set of bidding documents from DBE Debreberhan District at Debreberhan Town Phone No: 011 637 6281 or 011 637 5851 Up on payment of non-refundable birr 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) to the banks' of Debreberhan district finance.

The bidders shall inform the bank in person if they cannot receive the bid document through the mail address within one (01) day after purchasing the bid document from the bank. Otherwise, the bank is not accountable.

3. Bidders must furnish bid security of birr 30,000.00 (Birr Thirty Thousand only) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from a recognized bank.

4. The Bid Proposal shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before October 30, 2024, before or at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia, Head Office, Addis Ababa, Tower III, 1st floor. Procurement Directorate.

5. Bids shall be opened in the above-mentioned address, on October 30, 2024, at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

7. Bidders should present their Original and Copy of Financial and technical documents and Bid Bond separately in sealed envelopes.

8. The language of the tender is English.

9. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
