NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR RE-BID (3RD)
1. Alemayehu Ketema General Contractor, hereinafter called "the Main-Contractor," has entered into a contract agreement with the Ethiopian Roads Administration for the Construction Works of the Remaining Works of the Atat Mazoria-Gunchire - Kose-Geja - Lera Road Project.
2. The Main Contractor wants to re-invite competent and professional bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment for the Subcontract construction works of Dinkula Spur which is part of the above-referred road project.
3. The project road begins at Atat Mazoriya, 15km from the end of Wolkite Town the capital of Gurage Zone administration along Wolkite-Emdibir-Hosana road, and ends at Lera Town; a seat of the Mi'erab Azernet Berebere Wereda of Silte Zone and also a town on the same Wolkite-Hosana road. The works under this project consist of the construction of the remaining works of approximately 96.95 km of road with Asphalt Concrete (AC) surfacing to a standard of DC6 for the main road and DC5 for the spurs.
4. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders and the evaluation will be done as per qualification criteria specified and defined as shown below:

5. The bidder has to:
5.1 Submit proof of evidence (contract agreement, Certified payment certificates, completion certificates. and the like...) for the general and specific experiences on projects that are completed as well as ongoing.

5.3 Present the CVS and Testimonials documents of those professionals who are going to participate in the job.
5.4 Write a confirmation letter that the above machineries are at hand and ready for mobilization as of the instruction to commence the works to be submitted or as per work schedule.
5.5 Present detailed working methodology and Schedule as part of the technical document submission as specified in the technical specification.
6. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the bill of quantity of the works on Dinkula spur from the address given below from 8:30 AM to 12:00 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday.
7. Bidders shall submit their Bids in two envelopes, the first envelope labeled as "Qualification Information" and the second envelope "Financial Bid", separately sealed and the two envelopes sealed in another outer envelope. One Original and Two Copies of the bids have to be submitted.
8. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security, in CPO addressed to Alemayehu Ketema General Contractor, of ETB 500,000.00.
9. The Qualification information and Bid Security will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at the address below.
10. The Bid shall be submitted within 15 calendar days of the invitation to bid announcement date and to be submitted to 4:00 PM.
11. The bid must be delivered to the address specified below. One Original and Two Copies of the bids have to be submitted.
