Interested parties are invited to consider the following criteria:

• Duration: 60 calendar days starting from commencement day

Beneshewabu Market Center Share Company has allocated funds from the shareholder's budget for the construction of a retaining wall and site work for a 17-storey (3B+SB+G+14) mixed-use building in the Addis Ketema Sub-city (American Gibi) Area.

Interested bidders must submit the following documents along with their invitation bid: a certificate of registration from the Ministry of Works and Urban Development or other relevant regional bureaus with a category of Grade 7 or above for building contractors and general contractors, as well as any other necessary documentation to demonstrate the bidder's compliance, list of major projects and clients and References, with details of contact addresses, which shall include:

1. Renewed professional and Trade Licenses 2016 EFY, TIN Certificate tax clearance, and other relevant documents. All the documents shall be designed by authorized personnel or legal representatives.
2. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set document against a nonrefundable payment of ETB 500 (five hundred).
3. All bid must be a companied by bid security amount of 20,000 (twenty thousand) in the form of a CPO domestic bank in Ethiopia.
4. The financial offer shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labeled as original and copy. Technical offer shall be made in separate third sealed envelopes clearly labeled as Technical offer. The four envelopes include the CPO shall be sealed and signed, sealed outer envelopes
5. Beneshwabu market sc. The company has reserved the right to accept or reject this bid partially or fully.
6. Bidder will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedure contained in the public procurement proclamation of the democratic Republic of Ethiopia and it's open to all eligible bidders.
