INVIATION FOR BID GLW-014-2023/2024

ETHIOPIAN CONSTRUCTION WORKS CORPORATION GEOSYNTHETICS INDUSTRIAL WORKS PLC (G.I>W) is a manufacturer of Geomembrane (plastic sheet), PVC-u pipe, HDPE pipes, and Irrigation and Drainage pipes want tp procure the under mentioned raw material And hence the company invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of raw material as per the under tabulated material specification 

1. A complete set of biddingdocuments amy be purchased by interested bidders, upon presentation of copies of renewed trade license, VAT (Sc.tax payer's registration certificates, supplier's registration certificate, upon payment of a non-refundable of Birr 200.00 (Two hundred) including VAT.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the offfice of ECWCGIW procurement department office located at kality , near Mame steel Factory, in the compound of Ethiopian construction works corporation, during normal working hous.
3. Bids must be delivered in person to ECWCGIW in wax-sealed envelope as per the following sechedules and will be opened in the conference hall of ECWCGIW.
4. Bid closing dagte shall be on 15th Ethiopian calendar day since the announcement Made on Ethiopian herald.if this day is a holiday the date of closing will be on the Next working day. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal Representatives who choose to attend at ECWCGIW conference hall at 10:30 AM on 15ht Ethiopian calendar day since the announcement made of Ethiopian Herald. If this day is a holiday the date of opening will on the next working day.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security birr 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand) of the bid bond in the form of bank guarantee, C.P.O or certified check enclosed in the techical bid doument.
6. The winner is expected to submit 10% performance bond. 
7. The ECWCGIW reserves the right to accept or reject partial or all bids.
