Invitation For Bid No. NCB/ECDSWC/07/2016

The Ethiopina Construction Design and supervision Works Corporation (ECDSWC) invite interested bidders to participate in the tender for supply and delivery of Laboratory Equipment's Chemicals and Consumable materials 

1. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive Bidding (NCB) specified in the procurernent Directve of the ECDSWC, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines
2. Eligible documents are:- Renewed trade license for the current year valid tax clearance VAT registration certifice, tax payer identifiacation certificate (TIN) and registration certificate.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain furthe information from procurement Team Leader,Block 1, Floor 4 corporate servic office -ECDSWC and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during office from Monday to Thursay 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1.30 PM 4:00 PM on Friday 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM-4:00PM.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders in the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200.00(Two Hundred Birr) starting from the announcement floated on the newspaper.
5. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of 

in the from of cash payment order CPO or Uncondional Bank Guarantee letter from local bank and must be addressed to "Ethiopian Construction Design and supervision works corporation "in Separate envelope, and be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00AM on 11th Jannary 2024. Bid security in the from of insurance bond shall not be accepted.

6.Bis will be opened 11^thJanuary 2024. at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below Electronic bidding will not permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

7. Bidders shall be requied to submit:

(a) Sealed Technical proposal including Bid security: ine original and one copy: and also 

(b) Sealed Financial proposal: one original and one copy.

8. The ECDSW reserve the righ to reject all or parts of the bid
