CVDA is an indigenous, non-governmental, non-for-profit, humanitarian association implenentin different project at national level as a part of it currently CVDA implementiong ERM VIII (Emergency Respons Mechanism VIII) with the financial support of ECHO through IRC .

Therefore, all interested bidders may participate in this bid for all items or some of items with due consideration of the follwong requirements
1. Registration:
a. To be registered for provision of such and or relevant supplies and are expected to submit a renewed Business License for the current Ethiopian fiscal year .
b. To be registerd with Ethiopian Customs & Tax Authority and shold produce valid documentations which includ VAT, TIN, and PPA registration certificate.
2. Bidding:
a. The bid document shall be collected from CVDA office located around Torhayloch to Total Road Bekel Eshete bulding 5th floor office#504 Addis Ababa.
b. The bidding shall be conducted through National Competive Bid/NCB procedure.
c. All bids must be submitted to Common Vision for Develoment Association with properly sealed envelope.
d. Bidder must state delivery date.
e. Bidder shall furnisthed bid security 5% of total quoted amount with CPO by the nameof common Vision for Development Association .
f. Should present sample for items which complete to deliver.
g. Potential suppliers can obtain the tender document by paying 100 birr from CVDA head office Addis Ababa in working hour from Monday to Friday up to December 26, 2023 on the address stated avove.
3. Notice:
a. Bids submitted by bidders which do not meet the avove mentioned requirments shall be rejected without further notic
b.CVDA demand strict adherence to deadlines and bids submiied byond the final submissing date and time will not be considered.
c. CVDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids
