Intereseted bidders shall submit teir proposals as per following conditions

1.A Complete set of bidding docuemntt theirproposal as per the following conditions upon payment /depositing/ of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /Two hundred birr/ in Account Numebr IN0403007 in any branchof hiberet bank nearst and convenient to you after 3/three/ days of this bid announcement for the first tiem.

2.. Bidders can obtain the bid document from Procurement Divion which is located at Lideta Sub-City in front of Addis Ababa Unversity School of Commerce Hibret Tower 19th floor.

3.. Interested bidders are adview the bid document cerefully befor preparing&submitting their bids.

4. Bids must be submitted on Novemeber 15,2023 until 2:00 PM.

5. Each bid must be presented in a sealed envelope amd strictly in accordance with the instruction to bidders  indicated in the boid docuemnt.

6.The bid will be opend at Hibret Bank Office located at Hibret Tpwerv 4th floor at presence of Biddersor the reoresentative who choose to attend in the bid opening on November 15,2023 unit 2:.30 P.M

7.Failure to obcerve the instructions &condition provided in the bod docuemnt will onstitute grounds for rejection of the biddetrs from competition.

8.. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partly or totally.
