1.BIddrs should have valid and renwed trad and registration license for the current year.

2.Bidders should have VAT and TIN certificate.

3. Bidders should present valid and renwed tax clerance certificate and renwed certificate of competence RC/GC/-1 for the year/

4.. All bids must  be accopanied by a bid security of Five Hundred thousend Birr /500,,000.00ETB/ in the form of CPO or uncondtional  bank Gurantee

5.. Bids shall be valid for  a period of 120 /ONE hundred twenty/ days after the BId submission deadline.

6.. Bidders should submit one orgnal and two copies of techincal and finacial proposal document  in separate  seald envelops duly marking teh evelopes as '' ORIGINAL''and ''COPY'' All techincal and finasheal docuemnts with the bid securty will be presented in one big envelope duly marking the cnvelope as ''bidproposal''

7. All bids must be submited one or before November 28,2023 until 2:00PM in the agency's propurment directorate office 10th floor room number 1001 and the bid will be opened in the presence of all bidders and/or their representatives at 2:30 pm at the same date.

8.. The agency reservese the right to reject all or part of the bid.
