Intereseted bidders shall sybmit their proposlas as per the following conditions.

A Complete set of Bidding documents can be purchased by intersted bidders upon payment /depositing/ of non-refundable  fee of Birr 200..00 /Twi hundred/ in Account NumbeIN0403007 in any branch of Hibret Bank nearest and conveniet to you after 2 /two/days of this bid announcement for the first time.

2. Bidders can obtain the bid document from procurement Division which is located at Lideta Sub City in front of Addis Ababa University school of Commerce Hibret Tower 19th floor.

3. intereseted bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully befor prepering&submitting their bid.

4.. Bids must be submitted on or befor Noveber 15,2023 until2:00 PM Hibret Bank Head Office at Hibir Tower 19th floor

5.. Each bid must be presented in a seald envelop and strictily in accordance with the instructionn to bidders indicated in the bid document.

6. The bid will be opend at Hibret Bank Head Office located at Hibret Tower 4thfloor at presence of bidders of their representative who choose to attend in the bid opening on Noveber 15,2023 P.M

7.. Failure to obderve the instruxtion & condtions provided in the bid document will constitute grounds for rejection of the bidders from competition

8.. Bidders have to furnish the gurantee form other Bank/out of Hibret bank/

9.. The Bank reserves th eright to reject the bid partily or trotally.
