A complewte set of Bidding Documents may  be purchased bt intereseted bidders upon payment of a non-refunduble fee 500.00  TB /Five hundered Birr/ the metehod of payent will be in Commerciall Bank of Ethiopia Bank of Ethiopia Acc No 1000007343314  of Sinke Bank Acc No 1048017971225 at Oromia Transport Agency.

2.. Bids must be delivered to the adderss below at or befor November 09,2023 at 10:00 A.M late bids will be rejected.

3. Bids will be opend in the presence of the bidders representatives who coose to atatend in person at the adderess below at November 09,2023 at 10:30A.M

4.. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securty of 160,000 ETB /One Hunedered Sixty Thouseand Birr/ Uncodtionla Bank Gurantee or CPO or an equivalent amount in afreely convertible currency.

5. The Oramia Transport Agency reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul ther bidding process and reject all bids at any  time prioe to contract award without thereby incurring any liablity to Bidders
