Ethio-Djibouti Standard gague Railway Shar Company EDR/MC would like to invite intereseted and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of Train Bedding materials Compressor Maintenance Service Camera and communication materials Staff identification card pinting service with the national open tendering procedures.

2. Eligible bidders must submit a bid securty for each bid The bid security shall be in the form of Cash Payment Order /CPO/ or uncondtional bank gurantee enclosed in a separate envelope and presented insid the orginal techincal proposal of the bid document envelope valid at least for 90 days.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national competitve tendering procedures  contained in the pubilc procurement proclamation of the goverment of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and EDRb procurement Directives and is open to all bidders from eligibel sourece coubtries.

4.. Intereseted eligible bidders may obtain may obtain further informmation from EDR/MC and inspect  the bid document at cthe address give below at 9 /a/ from 8:30am to5:30pm

5.. A complete set of bid documnet in English may be purchased bu interested bidders at the address given below at 9 /a/ upon pyament of a non-refundable fee of 100.00 Birr/one Hundred Birr/ for each bids The method of payyement will be in cash

6 Bids must be delivered to the Address below at 9/b/ on or uncondtional bank guraantee from recognized Bank and/or  counter gurantee from the Commerica Bank of Ethiopia All Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9 /b/ on November 14,2023 at10:30 AM.

7.. The winner suppliwer shall present a 10% performance securty in the form of Certified Check opayement Ordeer /CPO/ or uncondtional bank guratee in ETB.

8. ll suppliers shall adhere to the rule and regulation stated in the  rules and regulations stated in the bid document otherwise would no be issued for evalouation.
