1. Where a supplier wishes to participate for this for this bid but not yet registrered in the public procurement and proprty A diminstration Agency Web Site may register and expected to present the registered list.
2. The bidding documnets may be purchased by interested suppliers from Ethiopian Roads Administration procurment Team 1st floor Room No 103 against payement of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 or in another freely convertble currency of equivalent amount to be deposited on CBE Account Numebr 1000002579859 in the name of ERA and upon presentation of renwed Trade License its Tax clerance certificate valid at submission of bids & which allows the bidder to participation certificate.
3.. This invittation for bid is open to all interested biddersregardless of accordance with the provisions indicated in the bidding document The bidding document is prepared in English Language.
4.. Bids must be accompanied with a bid security indicated above in the table or in another freely convertible currency of equivalent amount The Bid sequrty should be either in a form of Cashier's cheque of certified cheque or Letter of Credit or Bank Gurantee or cash deposited againest recept.Bid securties in the form of Insurance bond or in any form other than these shall not be accepted.
5. Bids must be delivered to the above office or deposited in the Tender Box situated at 1st floor room No 103 befor the closing date on Noveber 21/2023 at 10:00AM
6.. Bids will be opened on Noveber 21,2023 at 10:30AM in the Ethiopian or their legal representatives who choose to attend.
7.. The Ethiopia Roads Adminstration reserves its reghts to reject any or all bids.
