Therfor EEG-CCMI has floted a tender for Invition to National Competitive Bid /NCB/

For the Procurement of Supply & Delivery of Consultancy service for general design of projects in Debre Birhan CMMI Hence.

1. Bidding Will be Conducted through the National Competitive openBidding /NCB/  produre as Specified in the Federal Goverment public Procurement Dirctive and is open to all bidders.

2.. Companies who are engaged in the sector shall present renwed trade license trade registration certificate VAT registration current tax clerance certificates TIN numebr  supplier list registration current tax clerance certificat TIN numebr supplire list registration certificate valied for the bid submission deadline Documents evidencing these requirements have to be submitted togathe with bid documents for Evaluation purposes.

3.. Bidders can purchase the bid docuemnts from Purchasing section Room No 17 /First Floor/ upon Pymnet of a non- refundable fee of ETB 300.00 /Three Hundred Ethiopia Birr/ for each Docuemtns and by fling and putting the bidders mentioned here below.

4.. The bid docuemnts Comprising one orginal and three copies of the techincal and financial proposal should be submitted in tow envelop separatly the first enveolope leveeled is ''TECHNCAL PROPOSAL'' and the second envelop ''FINANCIAL PROPOSAL'' and the tow envelopes seald in another outer  outer envelope.

5.. Bids must be delivered to the address below  on or befor October 27/2023 at 10:00 AM /Moring/ and biddres document will be opened at 10:05 AM on the same date The docuemnt will be receved through  bid box No libility will be accepted by the buyer for loss or late delivery.

6.. Each  bid must be Accompanied by a bid  security of ETB 20,000.00 /Twenty Thouthend Ethiopia Birr/ in the form of Certfied Cheque Cashier's payment preder /CPO/ or Uncondtional  Bank Gurantee issued by recognaization local bank The bid securty should be incorporated in the technical proposal.

7.. Bids shall be valide for 90 /Ninety/ days after bid opening date

8. CMMI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
