1. Bidders should have renwed trade license of the 2016 EC Ethiopian fiscal year registr license certificate VAT registration evistgration evidence and supplier list certificate from Somali Registration Statae public Procurement and Property Administration Agency
2. Bidders can obtain the bid document from Dollo Addo College of Teacher's Education Finace and logistic&planning directorate office starting from 18/01/2016EC upon payment of 200 ETBirr.
3.The bid document should be submitted within 7 days enclosed in seled envelop
4 The Bid document should be submit on orginal one copy of their document on searatliy enve lop with 2% of the totasl issued cost in the form of certificated bank gurantee or in cash.
