1. The Federal Democratic Republice of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Small and Medium Enterprfises Finance Project /SMEFP/  and inteds to apply part of the proceeds toward  payment s under  the contract for procurement of Bimometric Registration Kits for National ID Enrollment.

2. The Ethiopia Enteprises Development now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of Biometric Registration Kits for National ID  Enrollment which includes the following.

3. Biddinmg will be conducted through national competitive procurment using a Requst for Bid /RFB/ as specified in the World Bank's ''Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Procurement in Inc=vestment Procurement Regulations that meet the following  qualification  criteria:

4 Intereseted eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopia Enterise Development /EED/ and inspect the bidding docuemnts at the addrss given below from 9:00AM to 12:30 pm and 2:00PM to 5:00PM local time Monday through Friday

The bidding  document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the  submission of a  written application to the  address below and upon payment  of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopia Senga Tera Branch and Account No 1000170639662 Swaift ode CBETETAA the document will be sent by  airmail for overseas delivery and surace mail or courier for local delivery.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or befor Noveber 07,2023 at 2:30 PM Electronicc Bidding will not be permitted Late Bids will be rejected Bids will be publicly  opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who  chooses to attend at the address below on November 07,2023 at 2:30PM /immediately after closing of bid/
