2. The Ethiopia Electric Utility invites seaked bids from eligible bif=ders fpr the following goods.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public propurement proclamation of the goverment of the Federal Democratic Republice of Ethiopia and open to all bidders from eligble bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Electric Utility /EEU/ and inspect the bidding documents at the address  given below.

5. A complete set of bidding Documents may be purchased by intereseted Bidders at the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of aganist payment recept of ETB 300.00 /Three Hundered Birr.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address  mentioned  above before the closing date and time All bids must be accompaned bya bid securty as mentioned above Late bids shall be rejecated.

7. Bids will be openend in  the presence of the  bidders or  bidders representatives' who chose to attend at the address above on the above mentioned date and time.
