  1. AYAT S.Co here by invetes seald bids from local eligible bidders for excavation work at three location in Addis Ababa:

a. Lot 1:- Mixed use bulding construction site at AYAT Zone2 area

b. Lot 2:- mixed wuse building construction site at MERI area

c:- Lot 3:- mixed use building construction site at Lideta area

2. Bidders can submit bids foer the above mentioned work and shall submit bids for any or all lots.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures and gudelibnes as stated in the bidding document The bid is open to all Bidders all registred contractors with documents evidecing eligibillity /TIN,VAT, valid trad license for the year 2015 E,C tax clerance renwed certificate of registration for registrwed contractor status.

4. A complete set of bidding Documents prepared in the English language may  be obtained by any  eligible Bidders may obtain futher information from AYAT S.CO Head Office located around Wosen area megenagna to wosen road inspect the bidding document at the address given bellow 8 /a/ from 08:00 to 12:00 am and 01:00 to 05:00 hours PM.

5. Bidders shall submit each of their bids into two sepatrate outer envelop  the firdt enevelops the first envelop containg  the orginal and copy  of the tecnical proposal envelopes the second envelop containg the orginal and copy of the finatioal proposal envelop the bid Security shall be contained in the orginal techinical proposal evelop if it is not sent directly by the bank to the purchaser or handed over at the time of bid opning.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8 /c/ at or befor 10:00 hours AM Addis Ababa local time on October 10,2023.

7. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend  at the address below at 8 /d/ at 10:30 hours AM Addiss Ababa local time on October 10,2023.
