1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has recived financing drom the World Bank toward the cost  of the Enhancing Shared Prosperity through Equitable  Services and intends to apply part of the propoceeds toward payments under the countracter for the Renwal and Installatiopn of VMW are licenses.

2.. Teh Ethiopian Statistics Service /ESS/ now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders  for the Renwal ane Installation of VMW Wasre licenses.

3.. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement usinga Requst for Bids /RFB/ as sepecifecified  in the World Bank's Propocurement Regions for  IPF Borrowers'' October 2017 /''Procurement Regulations''/ and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Propcurenment Regulation.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Stistics Service /ESS/ Mekeds Asefa Fantaw/ Ato Ayalew Dejene with the electronc addriss Mekdesasefa@Gmail.Com and ayalawdejenel@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document from Monday-Friday during office hours /8:30A.M-5:30 P.M/ at the addriss given below on Paragraph 9.

5. A completes set of  bidding documents in English may be purchased by intereseted eligible bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 100.00 in cash
