Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedure contained in the procurement manual of the Bank
1. A complee set of bidding documents may be purchased by interestyed bidders upon payement of a nono-refudable fee of birr 200..00 /Birr Two Hundered / by using NIB account number ETB 1764600010001 bid documnets starting from septemeber 04/2023 during office hours from Monday to Friday 8:00AM -12:00 AM and 1:00PM 5:00 PM and Saturday:8:00 AM 12:00 AM.

3. For eligibillty bidders should bring copy of renewed Trade license certificate of registration Tax payers registration certificate Value added tax certificate and tax clearance certificate.
4. Bid proposal must be sealled and deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose during office hours at the address mentioned under number 2 befor the bid closing time
5.. Bid proposal must be accompanied with a bid bond of Birr 100,000.00 /Birr one hundred thousend/ in the form of CPO or uncondtional bank gurantee valid for not less thean 90 days from the date of bid opening.
6.. This bid will be closed and opened at the above stated date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address mentioned under serial number 2.
7. Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully befor submitting their bids and failure to observe the instructions and conditionas in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.
8. The Bank reserves the right to reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof
