Union of Ethiopia Women and  Children associatiuons would like to invite competent & valid  consultancy firm for the consultancy service in reviwing of the Tigray Amahara and oromia states and the federal level dister risk management humaniterial response pollicy and goverment humanitarian response plan having the following qualifications and competencuies:

1. The Consultancy Team Composition 

The consultancy team must include the following experts /1/ Legal Expert /2/ Humanitarian Expert /3/ Gender Expert The consultancy Team is required to have exprience on analyzing policy y Gender and disaster risk management Aspects

2.Qualification experience and skills.

The following qualifications and skills s must be met by the consultancy team

•  The team has to be comprised of Professionals who have a minmum of Masters Degree in Law Gender Disaster risk management Humanitarian Response and have at least ten years of work experience on these areas.
• Demonstrate work experience with a multitude of stakehoders from various disciplines and backgrounds including /Goverment Civil societes development partners and donors.
• Demonstrate analytical reporting and communication skills
• Must have demonstrate experience in reciew report and rfecommendation letters/
• Experience working in disaster risk management of humanitarian settings
