1.A complet set of bidding document may be purchased by intereseed by intereseted bidders upon presentation of copies of renewes tradelicense VAT &tax payer's registration certificates supplier's regstration certificate upon payment of  a non-refundable Birr 200..00 /Two hundred/ including VAT.

2 Intersted eligible bidders may octin fuirther information and inspect the bidding documents at the   office of GIW procurement departement office located at Kality near Mame Steel Factory in the compound of Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation during normal working hours.

3.. Bids must be deliverd in person to GIW in wax-Sealed envelop as petr the following schedules and will be opened in the conferecen hall of GIW .

4.Bid closaing date shall be on 15th Ethiopia calander day since the announcemente is being made made on The Ethiopia Herald newspapaer If this day is holiday the date of closing will be on the Next working day.

5. Bids will be on the presence of biddres or their legal Representative  who choose to attend at GIW Coferece hall at 2:30 PM on 15th Ethiopia calnder day since the announcement made on The Ethiopia Herald if this  day is holiday the date of opeing will be on the next working day.

6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security birr 20,000.00 /Twenty thousend / of the bid bon in the form of bank gurantee C.P.O or certified check cnclosed in the technical bid docuemnt.

7.. The winner is expected to submit 10% performace bond

8. The winner must submit certificate of analysis of the rew material

9.. The GIW reserves the reght to accept or reject parts of or all bid
