1 The FDRE Industrial Parks Development Corporation has budgets dor the Procurement of Stationary and Cleaning materyals listed on the Standard bid document.

2 Qualifcation requirement includes Renwed Trade License for the year VAT registration certificate and Tax Clerance PPA Registration Certificate /online/.
3.. Bidding will be conductes through National Comprtitive Bidding /NCB/procedures contained in the Procurement policy and Procedural Manual of the Industrial Parks Development Corporation and are open to all eligiblebidders.
4.. A complete set of the bidding document in English language may be purchased by intereseted bidders in the addrweess below upon payment of a non refundable fee of Ethiopia birr 200.00 /Two Hundered Birr/ in cash.
5.. Interested eligible bidders may obtine further information from Industrial Parks below from Monday to Thuresday from 08:30 AM to 12:30AM in the Morning and 1:30 P.M to 6:30 PM in the Afernoon and Friday from 08:30 AM to 11:30AM in the Morinning and 1:30 P.M to 5:30 P.M in the Afternoon.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or befor Sepetmaber 20,2023 at 2:00 P.M in the Afternoon A bid must be accompanied by a buid securty of Ethiopia gurantee in accordance with the form provided in the form of CPO or Aan uncondtional bank gurantee in accordance with the form provided in the sectyion 4 Bidding forms of the bidding Document Late bids shall be rejected.
7. Technical and financial will be opened at the prsence of the biddres or their legal representative who choose to attend at the address belowon September 20,2023 at 2:30 P.M in the Afternoon.
8 The wmployer reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract awaed eithout thereby incurring any liablity to bidders.
