Intersted biddres shall submit their proposals as per the following conditions.

1.. A Complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested bidders upon payement /depositing/ of non refundable fee of Birr 200..00 /Two hundered/ in Account Numebr IN0403007 in any branch of Hibret Bank nearest and conenient to you after 2 /two/ days of this bid announcement for the first time.

2.. Bidders can obtain the bid document from Procurement Division which is located  atLideta Sub -City in front of  Adiss Ababa Unviversity School of Commerc Hibret Yower 19th floor

3. Interested bidders are advised to review the bid document cerefu;;y befor&submitting their bids.

4.. Bids must be submitting on SSeptember 06,2023 unit 2:00 P.M.

5.. Each bid must be presented in a seald envelop and strictly in accordance with the intruction to biddets indicated in the bid document.

6. The bid will be opend at Hibret Bank Hed Office located at Hibir Tower 4th floor at presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend in the bid opening on Septemeber 06,2023at 2:30P.M

7.. Failure to observe the instruction & condsion provided in the bid document will consitute grounds for rejection of the bidders from competition.

8.. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partly or totally.

9. Bidders have to furnish the gurantee from other bank/Out of Hibret Bank/
