1 Addis Ababa City Roads Authotity now invites seald bids from eligibled from eligible & qualifed bidders for purchase  of Cement Silo with Accessories

2. Bidders are required Renwed business license indicating the se=tream of business in which the Bidder is engaged busness Registration certificate Taxpayer indentification Numeber /TIN/ certificate Value Added Tax /VAT/ Valid Tax Clearance used to participate for the Bid from Ethiopia Revenue and customs Authorty suppliers registration certificat from [ublice Procurement &Property Adminstrative Agency /PPA/ written power of attorney  and other as per the bid document.

3. Interested bidders may purchase a commpletes upon payement of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopia  Birr 400.00 /four hundered Birr/ for the above bid in cash  from head office finace adminstrative directorates 1st floor office No.135.

4.. A bid securty shall be required in the form of Uncondtional Bank Gurantee or CPO from reputable Bank is payable to the buyern  without any per-condition during validity oeriod of security.

5.. If the Bid Securty is submitted in the form of uncondtional bank gurantee the bid bond be valid for at least 90 days  after bid openeing.

6.. The bid bond shall be submitted separately enclosed.

7.. Bidders should submmit their offer in a seald envelop /i.e technical and finacial proposal separately/ to AACRA's Head Office 1st floor office no 104 on and be for  the date and time stated on the above table 

8.. Tecnical Bid will be open in the presence of interested Bidders or their reperesetativees on the stated date and time on the aqbove table at AACRA's Head Office 1st floor office 104
