Amhara Bank S.C invites all interested bidders by this International competitive bid for the Procurement of End To-End Implementation and Maintenace of Two Factor Authentiction SOlution.

1. The bid document shall be obtained commencing Augst 24,2023 from Monday to Firaday in the after noon from 1:00PM 08:00 to 12:00 noon and in the afternoonn from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Sarurday in the morning from  08:00 A.M to 12:00 noon from Procurement and Facilities Mangement Department cited at Amhara Bank S.C Around Leghar Ras Merkonnen Street ORDA Tower 20th floor against payement of a non-refundable fww of Birr 500.00 /Five Hundred Birr Only/ during office hours by depositing at Amhara Bank S.C Addis Ababa Branch Head office Ground floor during office hours.

2.. Bidders must present & professional license Tax clearance certificate VAT registration certificate and other relevant document evidence

3. Tenders must bed supported with bid Bond /Refundable/ in form of CPO or uncondtional Bank Gurantee issued by local recognazed banks with total amount of Birr 200,000.00 /Two Hundred Thousend/ or equlvalent countr guaranteed USD in favor of Amahatra Bank S.C 

4. All bids must be depoosited in the tender box  prepared for  this purpose at Propcurement Division cited at Amhara Bank S.C HO  procurement& Facility Directorate on or before September 8.2023 at 2:00 P.M 

5. Bids will be opend in the presence of the biders/ representatives who choose to attend in person on the same date Swtember 8,2023 at 2:30 P.m

6. SUBMISSION OF BID AFTER THE CLOSING DATE& TIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND THE DOCUMENT WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
