Intersted eligible contractors shall provide eritten applecation withe orginas and copies of the following legal document.

A.. Registration Certificate of all Contractors or catagory GC Grade-7& Above.

B. License defining the legal status with renwal for the phsical year under consideration.

C. Registration withe  the Minstry of rade and Industry

D. Evidence of current tax settlement VAT registration and Tin certificate.

1. A complete set of bid documnets can be obtaned from plan IntrantionaL Ethiopia Yabalo Coordinationh-office /around Project to the left reght hand from  Kela to Ketema road/ from 16/082023 day up to 04/09/2023 day during office hours following the inssuance of tjhis notice.

2.. All bids should be submitted on 04/09/2023 day befor 12:00 Pm at Plan Interanational Ethiopia  at  Yabalo Coodination-Office .

3. All bids must be accompanied by bid securty n an acceptable /CPO or Bank Gurantee/ fotm of 2% of the bid amount.

4.. The number of copies of the Bid to be completed shall be clearly marked ''ORIGINAL'' and ''COPY''' Also the bid shall be clearly sealed and vividly marked with the taypes of bid.

5.. Bids will be opend in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attain on 04/09/2023 day following this announcement at the Yabalo Coordination Office at 2:00 PM.

6. tHE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WORKS SHALL BE COMPLETED WITHIN A MACIMUM OF 45 /fORTY-FIVE/ CALENDER DAYS FOR RESPECTIVE CONSTRUCTIONS FORM THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK.

7.Plan International Ethiopia reserves the reght to accept or reject any or all bids.
