4. Biddes must obtain registration for catagory of suppliers with valid licence for the 2015 buget year.

5.. The bid will be remain on air for catagory of suppliers with calides license for the 15 /fifteen consutivedays starting from the first date of announcement of the bid on the bid  will be open in front of bidders on the 16th day working day ubless it must post pone to the next working day 

6. Bidders must submit the tender questionnaire for the award of contractes

7. Bidders must meet the minmum qulification criteria in the award of contracts.

Bids shall be valied for the period of thirty /30/ days after bid opened and must be accompanied by a bid securty of not less than 1% of the contact price in the form of bank gurantee and CPO and shall be delivered to Adama Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise Room No 18,on befor the opening date of the bid upto 8:0 local time and will be opend at 8:30 locale time in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who wish to attend at the office of adama Water Supply and Sewerage Serves the right to accept ror reject any or all bids.
