1. Interested bidders are invited to apply considering the following pointes Qualified bidders can obtain comprehesive term of referencefrom the first day of this invitation in exchange for a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000 /One Thousend birr/for ech LOT & can Collect TOR during office hours from Monday to Saturday morning /half day/.

Not: Fee should be deposited with name of bidder company.

2.The bid shall be supported with bid securty of in the form of CPO or Bank Gurantee in the name of Kegna Beverages S.C

3.Bids shall be submitted in wax seald three envelops/#1Technical.#2 Bid Securty and #3 Finacial envelop/ in 2 /two/ copies each ORGINAL and COPY separatly for the Proposal and deliverd by hand on or befor the dedline of the bid submission date.

4.Bidder shall their renwed business license registration TIN and VAT Certificates to their techical Proposal.

5. The Finaceal proposal shall be submitted separately in local currency /ETB/ including VAT and other costs in detail.

6. The evaluation criteria will be the combined sum of Technical and Finacial Score.
