2. The bid is open to all eligible National Competitve Bidders and should have valid busseness licenses valid for the curent fiscal year such as a Prfessioanl license and have experice in category 1 from the Construction Works Regulatory Authorty.
3. All document including the bid bond shall stat the bidders' name
4. Interested bidders shall obtaned Bid Documents on submession of a wrttenapplication and copies of necessery eligibility endorsing document and renwed license upon payement of a non-reffundable fee of Birr 500 /five hundered/ by the Commercla Bank of Ethiopia /1000177534513/ account for Bonga Unversity and shall bring the receipt.
5.. Bids must be accomanied by a bid securty of ETB 100,000.00/ One Hundred Thousnd Birr / in the form of a bank gurantee or CPO vailde for a total of 150 days.
- Bids shall be wax sealde and submitted before 10:00 A.M locatal time /ጠዋት 4:00/ on the 22nd calander datecounting from the first date of this Bid Invitation announcemente published on the National Newspapaer.
- If the 22nd calandere date falls on a non working day the submission closing and opening day will be postponed to the nect working day at a similar time.
- The bid document has to be submitted in one orginal and two copies for the financial and tecnical bid documents Ech copy and the orginal of the technical and financial bid document have to be seald in a separate envelop.
- Any electronic submission is not applicable.
- Only technical bid documnt will be opend and evaluated first and only those qualifed bidders will be evaluated for finacials.
6. Bids will be opende at 10:30 A.M local time on the above mentioned date at Bonga Unversity adminstration building 2nd dloor senate hall in the presce of bidders their legal representatives.
7. Bonga Unversity reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
