Intersted bidders shall submited their proposal per the following conditions.
1. A Complete set of Bidding documents can be purchased by intersted bidders upon paymnet /Depositing/ of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /Two hundred/ for each lo in Account Numebr IN 0403007 in any branch of Hibret Bnak nearest and convenient to you after 3 ./three/ dayes of thise bid announcement for the first time.
2. Bidderscan obtain the bid document from from Prcurement Division which is located at Lideta Sub-City in fronte of of Adiss Ababa Unversity School of Commererce Hibret Tower 19th floor
3. Interested bidders are advised to revew the bid document carefully before [reparing & sub mitting their bids.
4. Bidders must be submitted on or be fore August 18,2023 unit 2:00 PM Hibret Bank Head Office at Hibir Tower 19th Floor.
5. Each Bid Must be peresennted in a seald envelop and stritly in accordance with the instraction tion to bidders indicated in the bid document.
6. The bid will be opend at Hibrert bank Head Office located at Hiberet Tower 4th floor at present of bid eres or their representative who choose to attend in the bid opening on Augest 18,2023at 2:30 P.M
7. Failure to observe the intructions & condtions proveded interested document will constitute graounds for rejection of the bidders from competition.
8. Bidders have to furenesh the gurantee form other bank /Out of Hibret bank/
