Bidders who widh  to participation in the bidding process shall register on the e-GP systeme www.ppa.gov.et e-GP portal For unregistered suppliers please follw the one-off sign-up and registeration process as indicatede on the portal's Get Started link /Hittps://egp.ppa.       .gove.et/egp/home/getting-started/

6. Bids will be opend online and biddders or their representatives can particpate virtually through the link which will be availed A bidder who submit his bid proposal must share his bid opening key within 30 minutes afters the bid closing time.

7.. The Federal Public Procurement Service /PPS/reserves the reght to reject any and/or all bids.
