BID Requirement
Ineterested and capable service providers may submit their financial propiosal by providing the information and documents listed below.
- Any company who ghas legal license to operate in Ethiopia
- Confirmation whethr a contracting partner will provide the services directly or will work with sub-contractors If the latter options plese share the details of the sub-contractors you will work with.
- Duly Completed staeetment of compliance /Fully comloiant partially comliant and non-complliance/ to each of the below listed requrements.
- Provide a company profile outlining your capabilites human talent skills and financial capacity to offer the serivice on a large scale.
- Minium performance Bond Price is ETB 1,580,000.00 /ETB One MIllion FiveHundred Eighty Thousend only/

SBUMISSION OF RESPONSES
1. Interested suppliers must purchase a tender document for 500.00 Birr /ETB 500 only/
2. Visit the machine sparts in person.
3 Summation of the financial propsal BID BOND /CPO/ amounting Birr 158,000 /ETB One hundred fifty-eight thousend only/ and 2015 renwed business license withsigned and seald posts in our office located around MEXICO beside Africa Union within 7 consecutive working days from the date announced on the newspapaers.
NOTE 1
- The winning bidders's company must first summit perfirmance BONDS with the bank's CPO within three days of the announcement before begining to collect spare components.
- Only the supplierswho met our minimum requirements will be considered for futher discussions.
- The receipt of response shll not bind National Tobacco Entereprise /Ethiopia/ SC to any contractal agreements with the prospective bidders Such arrangements shall only come in place once a tender process has been completed are an award issued to a successful bidders after techical and commercial evaliation.
- Anycosts associated with the preparation and submission of the response to this tender hall be borene by the tender respondent.
