1.Awash Bank invites consulting firms of category V and above their licence is renwed for 2015 E.C as water works consuliting firm to supply their Proposal on Consultancy Services,Desing preparation and supervision service of Ground wather supply system at Awash Bank Bulbula Branch Building located in Addis Ababa.

2. Bidding will be conduvted in accordance with Open tebdring procedures contained in the directives of the Bank and othe relevant laws of the country and is open to all eligible bidders.

3. A complete set of bidding documnet in English shall be obtained from Procurement Division of Awash Bank located HQ Bulding 12th Floor upon producing receipt of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /Two hundred Birr/ by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500 at any AWASH BANK Branches during working hours /Monday to Friday 8:00AM-12:00PM/ 1:000PM-4:30PM and Saturday 8:00AM12:00PM/ starting from July 17,2023 upom presentation of copy of renewed Trade license Certificat of registration Tax Clearance Certificate VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate.

4. Bid must  accompanied by a bid bond amount of birr 30,000.00 /Thirty Thousand Birr/ in the form of Uncondtional  and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from other Banks or Cashier's payment Order /C.P.O/ from any local Bank in separate envelope.

5. Technical proposal must b edeposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before August 1,2023 at 10:00 AM in the above mentioned address.

6. Technical bid opening shall be held on August 1,2023 at 10:30 AM in the in the above mentioned address.

7. Bid Validity 120 days starting from technical bid opening 

8. Bid securty shall be valid for 148 days starting from technical bid opening

10.Document required is one orginal and one copy for both technical and finacial in separate envelope.

11.Failure to comply any of the conditions from item 2to8 aboe shall entail automatic rejction
