1. Ethio-Djibouti Satandard gague Raiway Share Company EDR/MC would like to  invite interested and qualifed for the supply and delivery of Advertisement service Suspension file pocket & Uniform & Shoes with the national open tendering procedures. 

2. Eligible bidders must submit bid securty for each bid securty shall be in the form of Cash Payment Oreder /CPO/  or uncondtional bank gurantee encclosed in a separate envelop and presented inside the orginal technical proposal of the bid document envelop valid at least 90 day.

3. Bidding will be conducted accordance with the open national competitive tendering procederes contande in the Publice Procudemnt Prolamation of the goverment of the Federal Democratic Republice of Ethiopia and EDR procurement Directves and is opend to all bidders from eligible sourece countres.

4. Intereseted eeligble bidders may obtain futer information from EDR/MC and inspect the bid document at the address given below at 9 /a/ from 8:30 A.M TO 5:30 PM 

5. A complete set of bid document in English may be purchased by intereseted  bidders at the address give below at 9/ a/ upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100 Birr /one hundred Birr/ for eache bids The metheod of payment will be in cash.

6. Bids must be dliverd to the adiss below at 9 /b/ on or befor August 3,2023 at 10:00 A.M  All  bids must be accompanied by a bid securty in the form of Cash Payment Order /cpo/ or uncondtional gurantee from the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia All Bids will be opend in the presenece of bidders or ther represenetatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9 /b/ on August 3,2023 at 10:30 A.M.

7.The Winner supplier shall preesente 10% performance securty in the form of Ceeritifide Cheek or Cash Payment Oreder /CPO/ or unconditional bank guranteein ETB.
